4. Data Collection

We collect anonymous aggregated usage data to improve our service. We do not collect or store personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided (e.g., name for PDF generation). We do not sell any data.

5. Location Data

If you grant location permission, coordinates are used solely to estimate peak sun hours. We do not log or store GPS coordinates.

6. PDF Reports

PDF reports are for personal reference only. Sunlytic is not responsible for decisions made based on these reports without professional validation.

7. Electricity Tariff Data

Tariff rates are based on publicly available data and may not reflect your exact billing. Verify current rates with your utility provider.

8. Payments & Ads

Sunlytic is supported by advertising and optional PDF report purchases. We use Google AdSense for ads and Stripe for payments. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sunlytic accepts no liability for financial loss, decisions, or outcomes resulting from use of this tool. Use at your own discretion.
